The Mrs World beauty pageant was held recently in Las Vegas, United States and our Mrs Malaysia World Kokilam Kathirvailu was crowned as the second runner-up of Mrs World 2019.

The beauty pageant featured contestants from 36 countries, where Jennifer Le of Vietnam walked away with the Mrs World 2019 title and Matapa Maila Rikhotso of South Africa became the first runner-up.

This is the first time in 35 years that a Mrs Malaysia World has emerged as one of the top 3 winners of the pageant.

Kokilam, 34, is a mother of three and believes that there is no age limit for a woman's achievement. Moving forward, the beauty queen will be focusing on women empowerment and create awareness on how marriage should not stop a woman from achieving her dreams and making a difference.
