Many well-established K-town actresses devote their lives to entertaining their fans on big screens. It's a full-time profession that requires a lot of off-screen work to stay fit and improve acting talents.

However, some have also managed to venture into successful businesses apart from being busy actresses. Check them out here:

Samantha

The year 2020 saw the debut of actress Samantha's fashion apparel brand, Saaki, which marked her entry into entrepreneurship. The busy actress has said that the main goal of 'Saaki' would be to make high-end apparel more affordable and available to a wider audience. She said that every design would include a part of her in it.

Rakul Preet Singh

Actress Rakul Preet Singh has had good luck with her business ventures. With her brother, she had previously founded the profitable fitness and wellness franchise 'F45 Gym Training.' The franchise is available in multiple cities, including Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam.

Taapsee Pannu

Taapsee Pannu previously started a wedding management company named 'Wedding Factory'; however, the company's website is no longer accessible for unknown reasons.

The actress did not give up and, in 2021, founded her own production house, 'Outsiders Films.' The company will be involved in on-ground productions for all of the projects they are engaged in, rather than just profit-sharing partnerships. Their first production will be a thriller starring Taapsee Pannu herself.

Varalaxmi

During the 2020 lockdown, actress Varalaxmi discovered a new passion for baking and founded the 'Life of Pie' baking company. The actress mainly was selling cheese tarts inspired by one of her trips to Malaysia at the time.
