Kaushik started his career as a child artist and played a vital role in the movie 'Kungguma Pottu Goundar' which had actor Sathyaraj and actress Ramba in the lead roles.
Later, Kaushik starred in actor Samuthirakani's popular movie 'Adutha Saattai', a movie that focuses on the Indian education system.
