Famous actress Meena's husband, Vidyasagar, passed away at a private hospital in Chennai after reportedly receiving months of treatment for a severe lung infection.

Back in January 2022, Meena and her family of three, including husband and daughter Nainika, contracted Covid-19. The actress announced on social media, writing, "First visitor to my home in 2022, Mr. Corona. It liked my entire family. But I'm not letting it stay. Beware people. Please stay safe and healthy. Be responsible, and don't let it spread. Keep us in your prayers."

Kollywood celebrities and Meena's fans are expressing condolence messages on social media as they are shocked by the news. Meena married the Bangalore-based businessman Vidyasagar in 2009, and the couple has a daughter, Nainika.
