The suicide of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput has spiraled into an online protest against nepotism, harassment, and bullying in the cinema industry.

Following his demise, many cases of suicide were reported across India and often tied to depression and cyber-bullying. Another young actor and fitness trainer, Susheel Gowda from the Kannada TV industry has taken the drastic step of killing himself. He was only 30 years old.

The actor was found dead in his house at Induvalu, Madhya in Karnataka. After the post-mortem, his body was handed over to the family. The reason for Susheel's suicide is not known and sources reveal that the police investigation is on-going.

He is best known for his role in a Kannada soap opera called 'Anthapura'. The actor was a rising star, and many stars who worked with him had high hopes for him.

Director Duniya Vijay who worked with Susheel in an upcoming film called 'Salaga' wrote, " Looking at him, I had thought he would become a hero one day. I only know him from shooting for 30 days for the film. And his passing gives him so much pain. Imagine the pain of his parents, who brought him up for 30 years."

Our deepest condolences to the actor's family and friends.
