Vikram's Kadaram Kondan Banned In Malaysia!

Actor Chiyan Vikram's 'Kadaram Kondan' hit worldwide cinemas on 19th July and it came as a big disappointment for Malaysians that the movie was banned in Malaysia.
The movie's distributor, Lotus Five Star, made an official announcement on their Facebook stating the movie will not be released as per the order of Film Censorship Board of Malaysia:

The movie which was extensively shot in Malaysia was produced by Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan with his daughter Akshara Haasan and Vikram in the lead.
Sarawak-born actress, Jasmine Kaar, has also made her Kollywood debut via this movie, playing the main antagonist.
Previously, Vijay Sethupathi's Super Deluxe was also banned in Malaysia causing dissatisfaction among Malaysians. Some frustrated Malaysian fans even traveled to Singapore to catch the movie in the theatres. And now Vikram's fans might opt to do the same to watch his Kadaram Kondan.
