Cyclone Nivar: Shocking Videos of Heavy Rain and Wind Go Viral

Several areas in and around Chennai have been hit with heavy rainfall and strong winds as Cyclone Nivar approaches closer to the coast today. 

CM E. Palaniswami has declared 25 and 26 November as public holidays in 13 districts of Tamil Nadu, including Chennai to ensure that the people stay indoors.
