However, the film's release was delayed and failed to launch him as a hero in Kollywood. Not willing to give up, Kavin tried his luck in Bigg Boss 3. His fan base grew, and Kavin Army was born.
From his love triangle with Losliya and Sakshi to his abrupt departure from the show after taking money from Bigg Boss, Bigg Boss Kavin had a rough ride in the reality show.
After his exit, the star once again landed a film role in 'Lift' directed by Vineeth Varaprasad. He's also working as an assistant director in Sivakarthikeyan's 'Doctor'.
Recently, he posted a surprising tweet claiming that he's retired and thanking fans for their love and support. Take a look:
Thanks a lot for your love and support throughout.

Shocked by this sudden 'retirement' tweet, fans were asking the Bigg Boss star if he's leaving the entertainment industry. To which, he replied that he's quitting the controversial mobile game PUBG. A total of 117 games including PUBG have been banned in India since 2 Sept.
Well, that's a relief for Kavin's fans.
