According to her Instagram post, the dermatologist she visited allegedly forced her to undergo unnecessary treatment instead of the regular facial she requested.
She further claimed that the doctor refused to meet her after she had a bad reaction to the treatment.
The dermatologist, Bhairavi Senthil, has since claimed Raiza knew about the risks that came with the treatment, called 'Dermal Fillers', which aids in the imbalance on both sides of the face, and that the actress had already undergone the procedure once before.
Bharaivi said that such side effects are usually rare but she always explained the after-effects of the procedures to her clients, including Raiza. The swelling would subside in a week, she said.
In response to this claim, Raiza had sent a legal notice to the doctor seeking Rs. 1 crore (RM 548,000) damage claim for her ordeal. If the doctor fails to pay her the money, the case will be dealt with in court. The doctor nor her organisation hasn't responded to the said court notice.
