All Astro customers can enjoy brand new local Tamil romance series Kalyaanam 2 Kaathal premiering on 1 September, 9pm on Astro Vinmeen HD (CH 231) via TV, Astro GO and on demand.
Directed by renowned local filmmaker, Karthik Shamalan, Kalyaanam 2 Kaathal is the first local romance series to premiere on Astro Vinmeen HD (CH 231). Consisting of 22 episodes, this series stars popular local talents including Magendran Raman, Malarmeni Perumal, Yuvaraj Krishnasamy, Pashini Sivakumar, Ravin Rao Santheran, Thiruvaluvan, Ramitasri, Dishaaleny Jack and Vijay Naidu.
The story revolves around Harish (played by Magendran Raman) and Sowmiya (played by Malarmeni Perumal) who fall in love with each other without knowing the obstacles that await them, especially once Bakianathan (played by Magendran Raman) and Miya (played by Malarmeni Perumal) emerge in their lives.
