VJ Chithra's unexpected death broke many hearts! She was reportedly found hanging from the ceiling fan at a hotel in Chennai yesterday (9 Dec).

Chithra's parents and those who were close to her couldn't believe that she decided to take her own life.

The host-turned-serial-actress is a fun loving person with an optimistic outlook on life. She even studied psychology and offered her services to her fans.

However, according to Behindwoods, the postmortem results released by the police confirms that Chithra's cause of death is suicide.

The report was produced by two doctors, Dr. Shiva and Dr. Sathish who conducted the postmortem procedures.
