In the year 2002, the actor made his hero debut via 'Roja Kootam', and his subsequent movies such as 'April Matathil' and 'Parthiban Kanavu' also did well upon release.
The actor got married to Vandana in 2007, and it was rumoured that the couple went through a rough phase upon marriage.
Now the couple is blessed with two adorable children.
