Pavni Reddy, who is popular for starring in serials like Rettai Vaal Kuruvi and Chinna Thambi, is currently one of the contestants in the Bigg Boss Tamil Season 5 show.

During a task, Pavni revealed the incidents leading up to the suicide of her first husband Pradeep. She also claimed that he killed himself under the influence of alcohol.

It took her time to move on from the tragic incident and after landing the lead role in the famous Chinna Thambi serial, Pavni was seen getting close to a friend named Anand Joy.

It was reported that Pavni's family decided to get her married again to Anand Joy. However, the actress opened up in Bigg Boss that she has since split up from him and decided not to remarry.

According to an entertainment news portal Cine Ulagam, actor Simbu is believed to be the reason behind Pavni's participation in Bigg Boss S5. Pavni's ex-lover Anand was reportedly a friend of Simbu.

But there hasn't been any confirmation from Anand Joy or Simbu regarding this rumor.
