It's a celebration week in the ongoing Bigg Boss Ultimate reality show which runs 24/7 on India's OTT platform. This week, Kollywood hero Simbu joins the show as the host after Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan stepped down from the role due to his tight shooting schedule.

Earlier, it was rumoured that Ramya Krishnan might be the replacement for Kamal Haasan. However, Vijay TV released an official promo several days ago to announce that Kollywood hero Simbu has been roped in as the host. Simbu who's known well for his never-ending controversies, made a rocking comeback via his blockbuster movie 'Maanaadu' and fans are now elated to see the actor on the popular show.
