It's been a while since we last saw Vidya Balan acting in a Tamil movie. It was producer Boney Kapoor who brought the actress together with Thala Ajith on-screen and we can't thank him enough.

Nerkondai Paarvai, directed by H Vinoth is the remake of Hindi film Pink and has been creating hype among the Tamil audience in recent times. One of the film's tracks 'Agalaathey' was released this week and Vidya Balan is portrayed as Ajith's wife in the stills of the lyrical video song. Their chemistry is unbelievable. Take a look:


In a recent interview with The Hindu, Vidya Balan admitted that she couldn't believe that she was standing in front of a huge star adored by many.

"To be honest, I felt as though I was acting with his lookalike. He was that humble. When I spoke to him about the ‘Thala’ image and how different he was in person, he was shy,” Vidya said.

We can't wait to see their scenes in Nerkonda Paarvai. The film is expected to release in August 2019.
