Actress Taapsee Pannu is an Indian actress who debuted in Kollywood via Dhanush's award-winning critically acclaimed movie 'Adukalam'.

Now Taapsee is one of the most successful actresses in the industry and has been listed in the Forbes India's Celebrity 100 List in 2018 and 2019, with an estimated earning of 6.18 crores.

In a recent interview, the actress revealed the struggle she went through when she was just a newcomer in the industry.

She revealed that she was removed from a movie after she attended the shooting because the hero's wife didn't like her.

"I was asked to reshoot my introduction scene to make it less appealing in a movie because the hero found my scene to be better than his intro."

The actress further added that once the filmmakers l asked to reduce her agreed salary because the hero's previous movie performed poorly in theatres.
