Rajashree is a South Indian actress who made her movie debut via Barathiraja's 1994 hit film 'Karuthamma' which shed light on female infanticide in India.

Following her debut, the actress started working predominantly in Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi movies, and also started working on soap operas.

The actress, however, received more supporting roles in her career and acted in Kollywood movies namely Iraivi, Pagadi Attam, Varma, and even played a vital role in the popular serial 'Chithi 2'.
