Actor Nakul recently took social media to announce that his wife Sruti Bhaskar is pregnant, and the couple is thrilled to become parents soon.

The actor got married to his long time girlfriend Sruti Bhaskar in the year 2016, after being in a relationship for over five years.

In a previous interview, the actor revealed how he met his loving wife for the first time.

"Sruti is my close friend's neighbour. Despite visiting my friend's house countless times, I've never met Sruti even once. But they used to talk about Sruti to me all the time, and I was not interested in meeting her. Years passed just like that," he recalls.

The actor then tried a cupcake baked by Sruti once and decided to look for her on Facebook.

"She looked very sweet. I text her saying the cupcake was delicious and we exchanged numbers. And I even asked her to marry me on our first date," he reveals.

"When my friend said Nakul, I didn't think it was actor Nakul. I only found out he's an actor once he texted me on Facebook," confessed Sruti.
