It's been more than a year since the evergreen actress Sridevi passed away at a Dubai hotel after attending a wedding. Her sudden death created a lot of speculations at the time and some even suspected it to be a murder. Eventually, rumors died down and the news media has since moved on from the story.

However, a recent revelation about her death has left everyone shocked. Kerala's DGP Rishiraj Singh has exposed that the death is not entirely 'accidental' according to his friend, a renowned forensic expert in Kerala.

Talking about his close friendship with the late forensic expert Dr. Umadathan in an exclusive article published in the Kerala Kaumudi newspaper, Rishi opened up about a conversation with the latter regarding Sridevi's mysterious death.

"When I asked him out of curiosity over the death, Dr Umadathan pointed out several circumstantial evidences to prove that the actress death is not accidental," he said.

According to the forensic expert, Sridevi might have been murdered since it's not possible for a person to drown in one-foot deep water unless someone holds her legs and hands down.

In the article, Rishi narrates moments from his friendship with Dr. Umadathan and how the forensic expert has helped police solve many sensational criminal cases.
