Recently, actor Vishal lodged a police complaint against popular producer RB Choudary who's also actor Jiiva's father.

In his tweet, Vishal claimed that he took a loan from the producer for the film Irumbu Thirai. Although he settled the debt soon after, RB Choudary reportedly failed to return Vishal's cheque, leaves, bonds, and promissory and claimed to have misplaced the documents.

Responding to the complaint, RB Chaudhary has issued a statement saying that the documents are not with him but Ayudha Poojai fame director Sivakumar who passed away due to a heart attack. Sivakumar was living alone and his body was only discovered after two days. Choudary has no clue as to where the late director kept the documents.

"Though we have given a written document saying that all the pending amount has been cleared, Vishal is afraid that it would cause him a problem in the future," added RB Choudary.

The producer expressed that he's hurt by the allegations against him after 40 years in the film industry.

"I agree with his decision to complain about the fear of someone misusing the documents. But he could've discussed with me before taking the action and I would've lodged the complaint along with him," he said.

The producer also insisted anyone who possesses the documents immediately submit them to Vishal, himself, or the police to avoid criminal charges.
