Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan was hospitalised on Nov 22nd after testing positive for COVID-19. The Bigg Boss Tamil host was treated for mild coronavirus after his return from the United States.

According to the latest statement issued by Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre in Porur on December 1, Kamal Haasan has now fully recovered. However, he will need to be kept in isolation for two more days, until December 3, and then he will be able to resume his usual activities on December 4, Saturday.

Since the Bigg Boss S5 Tamil weekend episodes are taped on Saturdays, we're left to wonder if Kamal Haasan will take over this week or Ramya Krishnan will remain as a guest host.
