Vijay TV's popular soap opera 'Bharathi Kannamma' revolves around the lead couple Bharathi and Kannamma who got separated due to the deceiving lies by the antagonist Venba.

The couple's twin daughters, Hema and Lakshmi, got separated at birth and are being raised by Bharathi and Kannamma respectively. Meanwhile, both Bharathi and Kannamma were not aware that Hema is their own child.

Recently, Bharathi got the shock of his life when he discovered that Lakshmi is Kannamma's daughter. But now a new twist in the story reveals that Kannamma has discovered about delivering twins and confronted her mother in law about it.
