Director Vignesh Shivan and actress Nayanthara's production house, Rowdy Pictures Pvt Ltd, recently bagged another award at Italy's ShorTS International Film Festival.

The production house's low-budget Tamil film Koozhangal by debutant director P.S.Vinothkumar received many prestigious awards previously including Tiger Award.

The National Syndicate of Italian Film Critics (SNCCI) Jury voted Koozhangal as the 'Premio SNCCI - Best Feature Film' in the Shorts International Film Festival, Italy.

The movie which reflects the poverty in rural India was also screened at several International Film Festivals and received praise for its realistic approach.
