Popular serial artist VJ Chithra's sudden demise has shocked the entire nation.

The actress, who's gotten famous for playing 'Mullai' in Pandian Stores, has always shown her jovial side to her friends and fans.

Now, Chitu has lost her life due to alleged suicide when she was found hanging in a hotel room after a shooting.

While Police are investigating to determine if there's any foul play involved, Chithra's old college pictures have started going viral online.
