KV Anand's sudden death at the age of 54 has shocked the K-town. Merely two weeks after the death of actor Vivek, another heartbreaking loss of a talented director has shocked many celebrities.

According to India Today, the director died of a heart attack at 3 am today (30th April). He experienced chest pain and breathlessness during midnight and drove himself to a private hospital in Chennai. Unfortunately, the director cannot be saved.

Many Kollywood celebrities are expressing their condolences on Twitter while some visited the late director's mortal remains at the Besant Nagar Crematorium in Chennai.
