Nayanthara is the highest paying Kollywood actress, who has a huge fan following around the world.

The actress who started off as a host made her movie debut in Sarathkumar's 'Ayya' before starring with Kollywood's leading actors such as Rajinikanth, Vijay, Ajith, Vijay Sethupathi and many more.

It was recently revealed that Nayanthara first got the opportunity to debut in Simbu's 'Thotti Jaya'. But the role went to Gopika for some unknown reasons, and Nayanthara signed up for 'Ayya' instead.

After debuting in Ayyah, the actress paired-up with Simbu in Vallavan where Simbu and Nayanthara got into a relationship for a brief time.
