As cases of COVID-19 continue to rise in India, many special prayers are conducted in the hopes of bringing the situation under control. The people of Kovai in Coimbatore went a step further and started worshipping an idol called 'Corona Devi'. The photos of the idol went viral on social media.

Some netizens have shared the photos with Bigg Boss S3 contestant Vanitha. They are trolling the star saying that she shares a striking resemblance to the idol and are creating memes.

Resharing Corona Devi's photo on her Twitter page, Vanitha revealed that she's been receiving the photo from everyone. Instead of lashing out, the Bigg Boss star took the memes and trolls light-heartedly.
