Bharathi Kannamma is one of the trending TV serials on Star Vijay which revolves around Kannamma, a dark-skinned and soft-spoken Tamil girl, and her husband Dr. Bharathi. The roles are played by actors Roshni Haripriyan and Arun Prasad, respectively.
However, Roshni recently quit the serial and October 23rd was reportedly her last day of shoot. The Bharathi Kannamma team was actively looking for a new actress to replace her role.
It was believed that another serial actress named Nachathira was initially selected to take on Kannamma's role. But later, Vinusha bagged the role and her pictures with Bharathi from the serial are making rounds on social media.
