Rashi Khanna, who has acted in many Tamil films including Imaikkaa Nodigal, Ayogya, and Sangathamizhan, is also one of the leading actresses in Telugu.

In a recent interview, Rashi Khanna opened up about patriarchy in the film industry.

"There is patriarchy in the film industry. But women continue to show their talent and grow," she added.

She admitted that only talented actresses like Anushka and Samantha can sustain in the film industry. They have both changed people’s views on South Indian actresses.

"Previously, actresses were expected to be beautiful and dance well in song sequences. But now, they are required to act or perform well," she said.
