'Kadhal' Sandhya, who's real name is Revathy, debuted in cinema via Balaji's critically acclaimed movie 'Kadhal' in 2004.

In her first movie, the actress paired-up with actor Bharath and received several awards for her impeccable performances.

Following the success of the movie, the actress started working on Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada movies.

Sandhya got married to her husband Venkat in 2015 in a simple manner and donated her wedding-budget to Chennai flood relief.
