A German-based Tamil woman Vidja recently made shocking allegations against popular Kollywood actor Arya by claiming that he had pretended to be in a love relationship with her online and extorted Rs 90 lakhs in total.

She further stated that allegedly Arya got married to actress Sayyeshaa to settle off his debt, and promised to divorce her soon. Vidja then proceeds to file a case against the actor when he failed to keep up to his promise.

Following the complaint, the cybercrime police started their investigations and actor Arya fully cooperated with the proceedings.

Now after tracing the contact number provided by Vidja, police has found that Mohammed Armaan and Mohammed Hussaini from Chennai had impersonated Arya by extorting a huge amount of money from Vidja. The due has been arrested for further investigation.
