A Telugu actress Tejaswi Madivada recently opened up on how Samantha Ruth Prabhu helped her when she was diagnosed with Tuberculosis (TB). Tejaswi was also well-known after participating in Bigg Boss Telugu 2.

While doing a small role in Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (in which Samantha played a lead role), Tejaswi suffered from TB and needed surgery. But, she couldn't afford the expenses at the time and Samantha reportedly funded the entire surgery.

Tejaswi also revealed thet she grew as an orphan after losing her mother at a young age and her father became an alcoholic. She struggled to sustain her acting career even after being in the film industry for years. It was Samantha who volunteered to help her at a time when she didn't have money or the means to fund her surgery.

Previously, famous Telugu actor Pawan Kalyan also praised Samantha's kind heart and helping nature in a speech. The actress has founded a charitable organization named Pratyusha Support with Padmashri Dr. Manjula Anagani. The organization focuses on providing medical care for underprivileged women and children.
