Back in July, Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch for allegedly producing porn videos.

He was accused of being the 'key conspirator' in producing pornographic films and the police didn't find any evidence of Shilpa Shetty's involvement in the case. He's currently in police custody.

Just days after her husband's arrest, Shilpa Shetty posted an excerpt of a book she has been reading in which the star implied that she will survive.

Now, it's been nearly a month since the incident, Shilpa Shetty has resumed her life and shoots. It's believed that the new pieces of evidence in the case are not favorable to Raj Kundra, and the possibility of him being found guilty is getting higher.

Sources close to Shilpa Shetty reveal that the actress is planning to leave her husband and live alone with her children. However, there hasn't been any official statement from Shilpa Shetty regarding her marriage.
