It is known that the shooting of "Indian 2" is progressing at a fast pace with a large budget from Lyca Productions. Helmed by renowned director Shankar, on the occasion of Siddharth’s 44th birthday, the project was announced with a first-look poster that was released by veteran actor Kamal Haasan where Siddarth is also a part of the magnum opus flick.

However, the details of the role Siddharth will be playing are still kept under wraps. "Indian 2" - the highly anticipated movie among Kamal Haasan's fans, as he reprises his role as Senapathy from the 1996 blockbuster movie "Indian".
