Recently, Simbu joined forced with this hit director Gautham Menon for a new movie called Vendhu Thanindhadhu Kaadu and the first schedule of the shoot have successfully completed in Tiruchendur.
However, Simbu got embroiled in a new controversy when the Tamil Film Producers Council (TFPC) led by actor Vishal, reportedly issued Simbu a red card, stopping him from shooting for any films.
Simbu's mother Usha released an angry video demanding justice for her son. Following her statement, Simbu released his look from Gautham Menon's film. He looked fit and lean showing the immense amount of hard work and dedication that went into his character for the film.
