Actress Meera Chopra or famously known as Nila first debuted in SJ Suryah's 'Anbae Aaruyire' in 2005. She appeared in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films. Some of her notable roles are in 'Jambhavan' and 'Marudhamalai'.
Recently, the actress expressed her liking for Telugu star Mahesh Babu, which resulted in a series of online attack by fans of another big star in Telugu, Junior NTR.
According to Meera, Junior NTR's fans threatened to 'rape, murder, gang rape'. She was called names and the actress has tweeted about the online harassment on her account:

She has filed a complaint against all the abusive tweets and spoke against cyber bullying.
