Legendary Singer SP Balasubramaniam recently announced on social media that he's been tested positive for the deadly Covid-19 infection.

The singer who claimed to have mild infection got critical overnight and was moved to the intensive care unit (ICU).

Following that, death hoax of the singer emerged online and SPB's son SP Charan cleared the air by announcing that his dad is in safe hands, undergoing treatment and recovering.

Many people from the industry took social media to pray for the health and wellbeing of the singer.
