Suriya and Jyothika are two names that always cross our minds when it comes to a Kollywood fairytale marriage. They tied the knot in 2006 and have two children: Diya, a girl, and Dev, a boy.

The couple met while working on the set of Poovellam Kettuppar in 1999 and continued to work together in films like Kaakha Kaakha, Perazhagan, Sillunu Oru Kaadhal, and many more.

Jyothika made a comeback to films after taking a sabbatical following her marriage, while Suriya signed on to play diverse roles in his movies. However, the duo hasn't been seen on-screen together in quite some time.

Suriya revealed in a recent interview that they are looking for a good script since they have previously played various characters. He also said that they are now looking for appropriate roles for their ages and appearance.

His wishes were granted far sooner than expected. According to rumors, Suriya and Jyothika would collaborate under the direction of renowned filmmaker Bala. The official details have yet to be announced, but fans are excited to see their favorite duo on-screen again.
