The shooting of Thala Ajith's highly anticipated film 'Valimai' was stopped due to the lockdown in India. But, the next phase of the shoot will reportedly continue after getting approval from the authorities.

However, Valimai's director H. Vinod revealed that some of the cast members of the film have walked out abruptly.

In the interview, Vinod said that he had shot a few scenes for the film last year with senior actors.

But they refused to attend shoots this year fearing Covid-19 infection. Following the sudden departure of stars, Vinod said that they will replace them with a new cast and reshoot the scenes.
