Thalapathy Vijay is reportedly set to take a break from the world of cinema after the release of his upcoming movie, Leo. Thalapathy is looking to shift focus to the 2026 elections in Tamil Nadu and prepare his fan association, Thalapathy Vijay Makkal Iyyakam. Sources have said that he will take a two or three year break and then return to Tamil cinema.
