Vijay’s Speech Becomes the Heart of Jana Nayagan Audio Launch

Jana Nayagan

As with every Vijay film audio launch, the most awaited moment of the evening arrived at the very end, Vijay’s speech. At the Jana Nayagan audio launch in Malaysia, that moment carried a weight unlike any other. With the film widely believed to be his final outing before stepping fully into politics, the atmosphere surrounding the ‘Thalapathy’ speech was full of emotion, reflection, and gratitude.

One of the most talked-about moments during his address was when Vijay fondly mentioned his nanbar, Ajith Kumar. Vijay said, “Some of our Tamil films vividly remind us of Malaysia. For example, the film Billa that featured my friend Ajith.” This statement literally made the entire stadium went crazy.

Beyond nostalgic moments, Vijay used the stage to deliver KUTTY STORY. In a simple yet deeply meaningful advice, fondly titled by fans as “The Auto Driver and the Umbrella.” He narrated a small incident to underline the importance of empathy, awareness, and respect for ordinary working people.

Through the story, Vijay spoke about how everyday situations often carry profound lessons. The auto driver represented the common man, while the umbrella symbolised care, responsibility, and shared humanity. Delivered in his calm and thoughtful style, the story evoked laughter, silence, and applause, proving once again his ability to communicate powerful ideas through simplicity.

During the speech, Vijay also shared on why forgiveness and inner peace matters. He said that seeking revenge may bring momentary satisfaction, but it fades quickly. Choosing forgiveness instead, he said, offers peace that lasts a lifetime, a line that indeed deeply etched to the audience.

Many fans felt that this story echoed the core spirit of Jana Nayagan, standing with the people, understanding their struggles, and valuing small but meaningful actions.

The emotional peak of the speech came when Vijay spoke about his own journey in cinema and the unwavering support of his fans. “When I entered cinema, I thought I was building a small sand house here. But you all built me a palace. Fans helped me build a fort. That is why I’ve decided to stand for them. For the fans who gave up everything for me, I’m giving up cinema itself,” he said, drawing thunderous applause and teary-eyed reactions across the stadium.

In another powerful statement that struck a deep emotional chord, Vijay declared, “I will repay my debt of gratitude for the next 33 years before I leave.” The line felt less like a promise and more like a solemn vow.

Thanking Malaysian fans in particular, Vijay ended his speech with a message that blended realism with resolve.

“If you want to succeed in life, you may not need friends, but you need a strong enemy. Only when there is a strong enemy, you become stronger. In 2026, history will repeat. Let us be ready to welcome it for the people. Thank you, Malaysia,” he said, closing a speech that will be remembered long after the lights dimmed.

At the Jana Nayagan audio launch, Vijay did not just speak as a star. He spoke as a man reflecting on his past, acknowledging his people, and hinting at a future shaped by purpose. For fans, it was not just a speech, it was a farewell wrapped with heart full of love.
