The feud between Thala Ajith and Thalapathy Vijay fans is well-known. Both the stars are often portrayed as rivals by the media and their fans who go to great lengths to prove their favorite hero is better than the other.
On social media, the war has taken a different turn with Thala and Thalapathy fans racing to make the stars' first look posters or film trailers viral.
In one such attempt, a fan 'proved' to the Twittersphere that Vijay is 'more famous' than Ajith on Instagram based on the number of posts tagged with the hashtags #Thala and #Thalapathy. Take a look:
