With just a week to the release of Thalapathy Vijay's eagerly anticipated 'Beast,' Vijay has treated his fans to a rare one-on-one interview with the witty director Nelson. It has been almost a decade since the star's last TV interview appearance!
From the show teasers, it's evident that Nelson isn't afraid to ask some provocative questions. In one video, Nelson questioned Thalapathy's decision of riding a bicycle to vote in the 2021 General Elections when he had fancy cars at home.
Nelson was also intrigued by Vijay's absence from interviews for over ten years in a recent teaser. Although Thalapathy's response to the question was muted in the video, fans are excited to watch what he has to say on the show on April 10th.
For the uninitiated, Vijay's last television interview was in 2013 for the promotional activities of 'Thalaivaa,' which allegedly faced significant opposition from the government at the time. Perhaps his response has something to do with what transpired during that period.
