The great Master and former Malaysia Karate Federation Coaching Director, YBhg. Datuk Arivalagan Ponniyah is beyond grateful for being awarded Panglima Mahkota Wilayah (P.M.W) by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, which carries the title 'Datuk' in conjunction with Hari Wilayah Persekutuan 2023. 

Having said that, the seven-time SEA games karate champion made us beam with pride, and we just couldn't hold the excitement of sharing with fellow readers.

• Awards from Malaysia Government 
• Awarded Ahli Mangku Negara (AMN) by H.M King of Malaysia in the year 2002 
• Awarded Outstanding New Generation Award 
• Winner of Rotary Club 1999 Outstanding Young Leader 
• Awarded Best Manager of The Year by National Olympic Academy 2001 
• KL State Award 2002 Best Coach of The Year 2007

Look at the list tho. He has raised the bar by setting a great example for the rest of the Karatekas. The number of awards that he received has literally amazed us.
