Dr Kjey, who already holds two World Records, two National Records, and one Asia Record, successfully completed three gruelling fitness endurance challenges over two consecutive days.
Friday, 10 October 2025:
- Most Leg Extensions – 3,000 repetitions in 3 hours
- Most Squats – 3,000 repetitions in 3 hours
Saturday, 11 October 2025:
- Most Jumping Jacks – 3,000 repetitions in 3 hours
All three record attempts were officially verified by representatives from the Malaysia Book of Records (MBR), earning Dr Kjey three new national titles and making him the first Malaysian to achieve three National Records on Hari Sukan Negara.

The official certificate presentation took place during the closing ceremony on 11 October 2025, witnessed by fitness enthusiasts, local leaders, and participants from across the state. The event was officiated by the Menteri Besar of Pahang, YAB Datuk Seri Wan Rosdy Wan Ismail, during the opening ceremony, and supported by the Pahang State Youth and Sports Department (JBS Pahang).
Speaking after his record-breaking performance, Dr Kjey shared an inspiring message about his journey:
“I was preparing for this record for almost ten months on a strict no-sugar, no-oil, no-salt diet. A week before the attempt, I injured my back, but I refused to give up. I came back stronger and did it. This hat-trick means a lot to me because it’s not just about endurance, it’s about the power of consistency, mindset, and faith. My next goal is to defend my World Record later this year.”
He also expressed his gratitude, adding:
“Thank you to JBS Pahang, Exco Belia dan Sukan Pahang YB Fadzli, and Pengarah JBS Negeri Pahang Encik Azli Daud for their continuous support and for helping me achieve this record.”
Triple achievement unlocked! Dr. Kjey is setting the bar high and showing us what dedication looks like.
