The video showcases the birthday celebrant's joyous reaction as his friends not only present him with a birthday cake but also arrange for live music performed by a Urumi Melam group.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Atan, one of the organizers and a photographer/videographer from Teluk Intan, Perak, shares the inspiration behind the unique celebration. He explains that the idea stemmed from a desire to infuse novelty and cultural richness into the birthday surprise.

"Atan shared that he wanted to include Indian musicians as a nod to Malaysia's diverse cultural landscape, aiming to evoke the '1 Malaysia' spirit in the gathering. By embracing different cultural elements, the group sought to create a memorable and unexpected experience for their friend.

Following the enchanting live performance, Atan recounts how everyone, including the musicians, gathered to partake in the joyous occasion, sharing laughter and indulging in the birthday cake together.
