A durian vendor from Kuantan, Pahang, recently brightened someone's day with his generosity. In a viral TikTok post by @rizqinrifri1, Rizai shared that an elderly man approached him just as he was about to close for the night.
The senior citizen, who presented an OKU card to prove his mutism, handed Rizai a note explaining his desire to get a durian for his child who was craving it, despite not having enough money.
"I want to get a durian for my child, but I don’t have enough cash. Thank you.”

Without hesitation, Rizal gifted the man not just one, but a full basket of Red Prawn (D175) durians. Rizal, who runs MR Patin House, expressed admiration for the man's honesty, noting that he could have taken a durian without asking but chose to explain his situation. The act of kindness left everyone present emotional, as the senior citizen teared up in gratitude.
According to World of Buzz, Rizal later revealed that the basket contained seven durians, worth around RM100, and that the man had initially asked for the cheapest durian. Instead, Rizal wanted to treat him to the premium Red Prawn variety, ensuring a special experience for both the man and his child.
“A full basket usually contains 7 durians, which cost around RM100. But, I decided to give him something different. I wanted him to try the quality of Red Prawn Durians.”
Thank you, Rizal, for your touching act of kindness.
