It's always exciting to see our Malaysian desserts make their way onto the international stage, especially when they are tasted by those unfamiliar with our local cuisine.

Malaysian Chef Satiawani, who has earned a spot on the world map by joining MasterChef Tamil Season 2 as a contestant from Malaysia, has once again wowed us and the judges with her creativity in making the refreshing Malaysian dessert, Cendol.

Taking to her Facebook, Satiawani shared her thoughts:

"Cooking has always been my passion since I was young, and I have been a die-hard fan of the MasterChef show. I had the incredible opportunity to participate in MasterChef Tamil Season 2 and made it to the Top 19 contestants. Although I didn't advance to round 2, receiving the MasterChef apron from my favorite chef, Rakesh Raghunathan, was a dream come true."

It's always wonderful to see Malaysians stepping onto the international stage, and Chef Satiawani has made us proud with her participation in the show. Thank you and best wishes for your future endeavours.
