Another day, another piece of news on our Malaysians soaring higher in their respective field.

“Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” - William Butler Yeats

As the quote denotes, meet Sandrika Sangaran who has recently been awarded the MPS-Duopharma Biotech 2021 Gold Medal for the best final-year student of Pharmacy at Management and Science University (MSU).
The young lass received the prestigious award from the Malaysian Pharmaceutical Society (MPS) during the National Pharmaceutical Convention Conference 2022 which was held from 8th to 12th November.

Sandrika gave a good account of herself by amassing a commendable haul by emerging as the three-time Dean’s List Award recipient from MSU’s School of Pharmacy (SPH).

According to MSU, she is currently undergoing Provisionally Registered Pharmacist (PRP) training at Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Najihah in Kuala Pilah, Negeri Sembilan.

Having said that, Sandrika has completed her internships at Alpo Seremban City Centre for community pharmacy, Serdang Hospital for hospital pharmacy, IKOP Pharma for industry pharmacy, and Tengku Ampuan Rahimah Hospital in Klang for clinical pharmacy during her studies at MSU.
