Malaysia’s Tamil film industry is about to witness a groundbreaking moment as Five Star Trading (FST), a name long synonymous with Kollywood film distribution takes a bold new step into production with its first-ever local feature film, Mirugasirisham: The Orion (MSS).

Set to hit cinemas on June 19, 2025, this genre-blending horror drama with a touch of humour and mysticism is poised to be more than just a movie, it’s a local cinematic experience.

Directed by Vijay Ganesh of the iconic SageHeroes team who rose to fame during the pandemic with their viral digital content : Mirugasirisham marks a remarkable transition from short-form comedy to full-fledged storytelling. Ganesh also takes on the lead role, promising both heart and hilarity.
